What are some muscle building exercises to do that don't involve equipment?
I need some names of exercises i could do to help with building muscles without any equipment. List as many names of exercises as possible and i can look them up myself. I am looking for muscle building exercises, not for loosing fat I already know push ups and crunches. Don't list things like pull ups because that would need some sort of bar and i don't have that or want to go to the gym.Thank you Samanta, that site gave me exactly what i was looking for.
Help on muscle building?
ok so iv been going at it pretty hard this summer. and up until recently iv been getting what im after. iv been doing A LOT of exercise with free weights, eating lean, but enough calories. and taking whey after workouts. Iv also been training for soccer. iv been running at least 3 miles a night, but on heavy days 6, and doing sprints regularly, and suicides, until i couldnt stand. And i got what i was originally after. a lean body with definition. kind of cut. But now that i realized i could do that so easily, now i want a really buff body with definition. Heres my question. iv read online that in order to build, you should do high weight low reps, and max out muscles regularly. And also take in more food, and more protein, and reduce cardio, but every time i do that i start looking puffy, so i back off. how do i build more muscle, while staying lean, without adding fat and losing definition. it seems like a very hard balance.

Creatines and other muscle building supplements that WORK?
I take NO Xplode, a great product, gives you alot of energy and quick recovery, i bulked up quick from it. But what i dont like about it is that between cycles my muscles almost seem to deflate when i dont take it, its almost like i have to always take it to keep form. Then i was told by someone at a vitamin store that NO Xplode is nothing more than an overrated energy booster and that i could be taking better products for muscle growth....the guy also said that the reason why my arms would shrink when i didnt take NO xplode was because it fills your muscles up with water making them seem like theyre bigger when its actually just water build up. So, is there any products out there that are better than NO Xplode? Ones that particularly help with muscle gain, recovery and energy?
