I have a lot of cellulite on my stomach and i'm still pretty pudgy. I am getting abs and you can see the outline but the lines are cellulite lines if that makes sense hahah. how do i get that fat off so my body looks more lean? i'm literally doing everything i can! sorry i do about 45- 1 hour of cardio and then i do 45 minutes of weight training just to tone my body [not gain lots of muscle]. like abs, pushups, cable weights, machines etc. and i am eating much heatlhier than i was before i started. i gave up soda for hte most part and eat special k and 100 cal soup. fruits veggies etc.

EAT SPICY FOOD, it boosts your metabolism, and helps you loose callories all day. PLUS instead of a huge 40 minute run, turn it into 4 ten minute runs a day, spread out. Its better. Get altleast 8 hours of sleep, Good breakfast but a small dinner helps, plus if you swim for about 30 mins every day or more it helps losing a stomach and fat on arms, and builds your legs.

Hiya Maybe the best option is to try some sort of anti-cellulite treatment cream thats available on the market, that could help you out :) Your excersising is very good but are you doing this along with a balanced healthy diet? Eat, breakfast lunch and dinner with snacks in between - its been shown to be the best type of diet for healthy weightloss as it boosts your metabolism more by eating at regular intervals throughout the day. Also consume your 5 a day of fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water :)

First of all, you can't do spot fat removal! To lose fat, you will need to eat your TDEE(Total Daily Calorie Expedentiture) and burn 500 calories from cardio, or you can just eat 500 less than your TDEE. 3500 calories= 1 pound of fat, so in one week you can lose 1 pound of fat (which is a healthy rate to lose weight.) Also, in your title you say you exercise 1-2 hours everyday, but is that all cardio? 30 min of cardio everyday should be enough, 40min-1 hour the better. Take my advice, im 19 im in school for ;peron al training and str8 up know it all aha. well theres a technique called carb cycling, veryyyy hard look it up it w.e u find on google for carb cycling will tell u better then me but the purpose of it is to eat low carbs for a certain amount of days then eat alot one day to push the fat out from the lower belly where most of the fast is because thats the first and last place fat come off. also cardio 20 minutes a day or more to boost ur heart rate and metabolism, both key factors for losing weight, also muscle gains if u lift.. cardio everyday to keep ur heart rate and metabs up to, if u miss one day ur goal to lose weight will not continue till u do cardio again. because the calories u dont burn will sit on top of ur muscles when u sleep and form into fat or at least intervein with ur weight loss or muscle gains if ur a weight lifter. k goo get em aha

There are a few things that can be done to remove cellulite. Some of the things include hydrating, increasing excercise, changes in diet, massaging the affected area and also applying a cellulite cream.
