Well, I'm 14 and I weigh 70kgs and am 5 "9 tall. I have an injury to my knee, which I'm currently awaiting surgery on- and may take up to 2 years to heal properly; so this rules out most exercise. I am paranoid about my food; I wont eat anything that doesn't look or smell legit!! My main diet is potato, chicken, and pasta. I REFUSE to eat meat products (other than chicken), I REFUSE to eat Vegetables. I don't eat at school either- HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT!!?? & my family also wont help me to lose weight, they all say that I'm not fat- the only reason they say this is because they are all fat aswell... I really need to lose weight!

If you loose weight rapidly it you usually cant keep it off . Drink at least eight glasses of water a day and cut down portions . and it sounds like you eat a lot of carbs... try to cut down on those .

You shouldnt refuse entire food groups like that, that may actually be worse for your body than eating only greasy foods

Eat healthy and lean foods and exercise more! Since you have a knee injury, I would recommend you try shadow boxing or rowing out 30 minutes a day while eating your TDEE(Total Daily Calorie Expedentiture) or 500 less than that so you can lose 1-2 pounds a week. In a month you can easily lose 5-8 pounds! Find your TDEE here- bestdallaspersonaltrainer.com/ energy-expenditure-calculator.html -Goodluck!

Actually you don't need to loose any weight you know - your in the healthy range for your height and weight for your age. Also your growing and going through puberty so your body needs the nutritional intake from your food - to help you grow and for your body to prepare for your periods etc ... So, your asking how can you loose weight if you don't take in already all the much needed vitamins and minerals that are essential for your body?? You firstly need to eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks in between as this is proven to be the best method for a healthy weight loss without damaging your body. You need to at the very least try and consume your 5 a day of fruits and vegetables. In your diet you need carbohydrates, proteins, fibre, calcium, vitamins and minerals all of which you seem to be lacking in. Also drink plenty of water :) You don't need to loose weight, and the only way your body can put on weight does actually take hundreds more calories than you need to consume each day, for example if you at 5000 calories every day for a week, you might only put on 2lbs, so you don't need to worry about gaining weight if your eating sensibly.

Patterns are good. Once you’ve found your workout groove, do your best to stick with it. Exercise no less than three times a week for 40 – 60 minutes each time, but don’t feel the “need” to do it more than five times over a seven day period. Your body will likely appreciate a burn-off in the morning more, but if you need to relieve stress in the evening – don’t be afraid to adjust your workout schedule accordingly. Schedule making and keeping are important for other areas of your life as well.

Become your own snack fairy. It’s okay to snack between meals, really. Small meals throughout the day are enough to keep you satisfied, as (much like the sensation of being full) you never want to feel hungry. Let your body know it’s going to get a regular regimen of calories. Plus, if you starve yourself for the regular meals, you’re probably going to eat more before your brain tells your mouth to stop. Think about it: breakfast, lunch, and dinner are social constructs at their very core.

Simple. Just exercise more and eat less (and healthier). Try to only eat when you’re hungry and eat smaller portions (like instead of eating a whole bag of chips, eat a small bowl and savor it). Don't eat just because you’re bored and don't eat in front of the computer or TV. Make healthier meals with lots vegetables and full grains. Drink skim milk at dinner but drink water the rest of the day. You can still enjoy a few cookies or a bowl of ice cream, just don't overdo it. For exercise, make it a goal to do something physical every day. You could take the dog for a walk, go biking, go for a jog, swim a few laps, do some hard yard work, go for a hike, do some sit ups and pushups, try yoga, or watch a workout video! Don't make up complicated routines or anything; you’re less likely to keep up. It's okay if you miss a day or two; just make sure you start back up again the next day. Also, don't forget to take a multivitamin and get enough sleep! Good luck! :)
