Honestly, there are multiple 'dieting secrets' out there, but it really depends on your body type and chemistry. Everyone looses and gains weight differently. The best thing to do in order to loose weight is to exercise regularly and eat healthy. Your body should never be hungry, and you should always keep a light snack with you like celery or carrots. It is all about proportions! Proportion your meals correctly, and try to eat a filling breakfast. Another ting to keep in mind, calories are not evil, they are a unit of energy. Starving yourself will only create more problems. I had an eating disorder for four years where I would starve myself and make myself vomit. Resulting in this I gained more weight because my body always craved food, when I would eat it what convert everything it could into fat. (With a healthy and proportioned diet followed by exercise I was able to maintine my healthy weight.) I hope this helps somewhat.

You don't have to starve, but you have to eat less and do more exercise :) If you eat next to nothing you body will go into starvation mode and store fat so you have to eat healthily

The best way is to wait until your stomach tells you to eat. Don't listen to all of those other reasons like its time or your nervous or you're bored, or something looks good. Let your stomach tell you when.

Definately not! because if u starve urself u get hungrier and if u get hungrier the next time u eat u actually gain weight because u've already slowed down ur metabolism

No, in fact straving youself makes you fatter long before you loose weight. If you starve yourself you would have to not eat or AWHILE before you loose anything, and even after that whatever you have to eat again it will put the weight back of quicker than it came off. I want to loose weight too, and I have been to visit a weight clinic. They tell me to never go more than four hours without eating, but eat in moderation. Never starve yourself unless you are prepared to go a long time without food. Honestly, starving youself isn't worth it. YES, you DO need to more probably eat LESS, but not starving yourself kind of less. Just don't snack. HOPE I HELPED A LITTLE.

No, you don't have to starve; that's just one way people loose weight. The easiest way to loose weight is to just eat healthy, and do regular exorcise like a short walk everyday, or doing some sit ups in the morning and evening.

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country. Sixty percent of Americans are either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers. All are at risk for serious physical and emotional health problems.
