Hiya Seeing as your 13, your body needs to have nutrition coming from food sources to help you grow as your going through puberty and growing muscle, bones etc. I wouldn't at the moment do some drastic dieting, but heads up for help you need to: Consume your 5 a day of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, eat a variety of carbohydrates, proteins, dairy, fibre, vegetables and fruits every day. And introduce some exercise into this by running, playing football etc. As regards to your penis, its still growing, so ya know don't threat about that :) You wont loose weight and loose length also. |
