Ok im 6 feet 4 inches and weigh 285 pounds and im 16 years old can someone give me a diet plan and a workout routine or something i can use to lose weight. i am getting my drivers license on Aug. 3rd and have a fitness membership at the local gym called la fitness so can someone give me a workout plan and a diet plan my goal is to lose my gut, drop 50 pounds and get a girlfriend :) please help change my life

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/ jogging. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Hi dear just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight - take balanced diet - take 5 meals in the day - add fruits and vegetables in your meals - zip your lips for fried and fast foods - avoid colas and sweets - drink more water and fresh juice - do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk - think positive and keep smiling good luck :o)

Diet plans will never work without mental SELF-DISCIPLINE. I believe that is the first key to losing weight. Many has tried out severe dieting but the result is not that good. Maybe they have not chosen the best for them. You can then couple it with a diet plan that best suits you and exercise. Using the word "NO " can be your best friend as of now to lose weight.

Holy crap you sound almost exactly like me im 16 years old 6 "4' and 298lbs ive lost 30 pounds in the past month, just listen to me very carefully. 1.cut soda or any really sugary drinks out of ur diet. 2.eat a decent size breakfast (the early morning food boosts your metabolism) 3. go to the grocery stor and by a head of lettuce, a bag of salad, a lite version of your preffered dressing, and a pack of boneless chicken breasts. 4. cut the chicken into small peices and grill it in a little salt, and put the finished chicken in a mixture of lettuce and salad greens..............( i know this might sound a little plain but its a good meal because if ur like me then your main problem is probably your portion sizes , but the cool thing is that you can eat as much of this salad as you want 5. once a week have a biggish dinner (turkey,corn,biscuits,etc) 6. drink fat free milk 7. try not to eat after 8 p.m. (your metabolism Drops like a rock around 8-9) 8. try not to eat alot of sweets 9.whole grain breads and pastas 10.no real excersise is needed so far ive just started losing weight after i made these changes thats about it, i know it sounds like alot but at least its a solid foundation for a healthy life. if you got any questions just e-mail me or hit me up on facebook my name is Shawn Collas. listen bro i know it sucks to be where your at right now butt if you try the weight will start to drop and youll feel better........i want this to work for you bro. good luck
