O.K. I'M 12 yrs old and I weigh more than half the kids my age ( my doctor told me) All I want to do is lose weight but I try then I forget I was trying. I need a way to do it without forgetting. AND BEFORE YOU ANSWER DO NOT GIVE ME A SPAM WEBSITE OR SOME KIND OF REMEDIES THING. I WANT SOMETHING I CAN DO SIMPLY WITHOUT BUYING STUFF!!!!!!!!

The simplest thing to do is to replace higher calorie foods with lower calorie foods. Many people make the mistake of trying to eat less, getting hungry, going on binges and starting this whole cycle over again. Eat oatmeal with fruit on it instead of cereal, for instance. Or eat a turkey burger instead of a hamburger. Simple replacements like this.

You should take a run daily or when you eat move alot cause am skinny so skinny and my doctor say you move too much or you used too much your energy and i do move alot i dont stay sitting down lol BUt really go running everyday or eat less calories
