How to lose weight simply?
mkayy. i cant seem to lose weightt. sooo... i need a plan heres what i am doing nowww exercising like 5 days a week jogging walking a mile, sit ups i eat sortaaaa ritee, maybe thats my problem??? well i eat well, no mcdonalds or anything like that, i have subway, and some days i have like some chocolate n chips. sooo.. i need a daily eating and work out plan, i hate having to obsess over it, so just something simple that will help me lose weight, i dont wanna go over board at allllll i did that before, and then i got tired and just quit. so something simple and easy and not obsessive would be nice thanks

ok so today i got a skateboard cuz i have been wanting one for a while. that it might be exercise didnt even cross my mind rofl. but tonight it was cold and i went out on it and i was wearing a sweatshirt but then it got really hot and i took it off and i was kinda sweaty even after like 45 min. today is the first day i have ever done it so im not that great. i only did it for like 1 and a half hours too. but its so fun if i do it for like 1 2 hours a day would it help me lose a little weight? ill do it anyways of course
How to lose weight while at boarding school? 10 pounds in 3 months?
I'm setting what, hopefully, is considered a pretty achieveable goal for myself losing 10 pounds in three months...so basically I want to be around 10 pounds lighter than right now by the time winter break rolls around in December.According to my BMI, I am currently considered in the latter half of the " normal" weight category. By losing 10 pounds, I will be back to where I was last year and still be far from " underweight" . Needless to say, I gained a lot of weight the past school year I go to a relatively competitive and stressful college prep school...late homework nights and snacking to stay awake, lack of exercise as a result of no energy from sleep deprivation, etc .I want to take it slow, but steady, hence the 10 pounds in 3 months goal. Please no " intense" suggestions like exercising two hours daily or dieting on water and salads as that would not be easily do able in my school environment. How often should I exercise each week and for how long? What kinds of foods should I be eating? And what do I stay away from? Any other tips that I can integrate into my everyday school life?My school has a " fully equipped" dining hall and workout room so whatever your suggestions may be, I should be able to accommodate at school.I choose best answer for the answer that truly helps me I'm trying to make a " new school year resolution" with this and am really looking forward to your answers and hopefully being able to accomplish my goal

Can you still lose weight if you eat junk food once in a while, but exercise and only drink water?

Does percocet make you lose weight?
cant find the answer anywhere. i have just been perscribed percocet as i was in a recent car wreck and have severe back pain. i was wondering if anyone knows if any weight fluxuation is involved in taking percocet? i am under the impression that xanex makes people gain weight because it messes with your metabolism. i am unaware about the side effects of this particular drug. either way, i have to take it. but if it just so happens that i lose weight i'll be pleasently surprised
Lose weight for Health reasons?
I know this is a common question, but I need to some real life advice. I am a woman, 21 years old, 5' 4" , and weigh 180 pounds. Ideally, I'd like to weigh 130 lbs. I put on a lot of weight over the past two years, part of which is because I have hypothyroidism. I need to lose weight, especially as there is a history of type 2 diabetes in my family. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach as wells as my thighs. I go through patterns of eating well and then not eating well at all because I get discouraged. I've never liked exercising even when I was in shape back in high school. I would prefer an exercise routine I can do from home, rather than anything at the gym. Any advice anyone has for exercise and specific foods to eat will be greatly appreciated. I know I need to exercise and eat well and it will take a long time, but I could use advice with specifics that have actually worked for people. And I don't want anything about diet dills, etc, please. Thank you in advance for your help
How do I get lean muscle while losing weight?
I'm a 19 year old male and I have been exercising for quite some time to lose weight. When I began 2 years ago I was 210 and I currently weight 158. I still do have some belly fat along with chest and thigh fat. What I want to know is do I start training to build lean muscle or should I try to lose the rest of the fat that I do have? Also, how do I lose the rest of my chest, belly, & thigh fat? What exercises will help me accomplish this? And how do I raise my metabolism? I read that by doing so I also burn more fat....
