I m thinking of joining a gym but i would like if someone would help me train and achieve my goals, i m a shy person and would not do well in a class or anything like that,if anyone knows any trainners in athlone please help me
Im going into Police Foundations but don't know how to prepare fitness wise.?
Hello, Im going into college for Police Foundations. I've heard this school I'm attending has a pretty hardcore fitness class. Unfortunaltly I used to be very active and sporty but since highschool I havn't done anything. So I am so not in shape. Throughout the summer I've been doing some wieght lifting here or there but nothing exgtreme. I have a few months to get into shape for my fitness class so I need help. I've been trying to work on my running but I can only run for less than a minutes before I can't breathe anymore, so any help on breathing techniques would be great. I am a smoker and intend to quit very soon because of the lack of energy I have when working out. So other than quit smoking any advice would be great on running or what kind of workouts I should do and for how long. Any help would be great.

i can do 1500 diamond pushups in a day or 2000 wide grip pushup. my age is seventeen . is this fitness level is excellent. my question is that with these pushup in that quantity . is they make me look big like body builder or nice and ripped. i want to increase my endurance level more what advice you could give me

Ok, as of Feb 1st, I weighed 436 pounds. I've lost 81 pounds as of Sept 1st and am down to 355 but have 2 questions.1 I've been hard at this for 7 months an hour treadmill a day and strict diet and want to take a week off but I'm scared of not getting back on what I'm doing. What should I do?2 I'm starting to see some loose skin and I would like to tighten it up but don't wanna gain weight for the sake of it. I'm figuring since I will gain muscle I will gain weight too. So should I stick with the cardio or start trying to tone up while risking gaining weight?Thanks in advance

Fitness/diet tracker on my ipod?
Ok I have this fitness diet tracker on my ipod....I have it set to where I will eat 1200 calories everyday and I will lose 2 pounds a week. that's how they set it.When i put in my exercise....lets say I burned 500 calories....and I've already ate 1200 calories. Does that mean since I burned that 500 calories, I can eat 500 more calories added to that 1200, and still lose the 2 pounds a week?
