Does fish oil really help fat loss?
according to some study they did men who did Cardio AND Took fish oil pills lost 5 % more body fat then men that didn't. this is very convenient i eat VERY healthy and do lots of cardio and weights and i found 100 1000mg pills of Omega 3 fish oil just in my pantry from vitamin world, should i down one every day with my morning oatmeal and one a day?
Is there a difference between fat loss and muscle gain?
im a 17 year old male, about 1.75meters tall and i weigh in about 62kg. i was a fat kid, i weighed about 50kilos when i was just 9 or 10 years old, but managed to be more active and ended up growing up and losing most of the fats. But there is still fats here and there, especially my tummy. Anyway i want to know if losing fats will help to shape up your body, in a sense where im working on my biceps and triceps and i wonder if thers any point of working this hard since there are fats covering the muscle.Should i lose all the fats, and then tone my muscles or will the fats go away while i work out?

im a 5'9 200 lb 14 year old guy and im at about 23 % body fat. i want to lose about 30 40 lbs soon. this is the program i want to follow for a week or two depending on how i feel while on it. im going to drink about 76 ounces of water a day. ill eat about 1000 calories a day mostly protein like chicken and beef and some milk combined with weightlifting to prevent muscle loss. im going to do an hour of jumping jacks a day. im going to ride my bike for an hour a day at about 14 mph. i hike with my friends sometimes. i am quit knowledgeable in this type of thing and know the risks. any input or tips will be appreciated greatly

hello everyone, at 16, 5 ft 11 on new year i thought it was time i shed the belly and the moobs. i completely changed my diet and cut out all the fat foods, all the fizzy drinks. til this day i've drunk nothing but water, i've used portion control, had my 5 a day of fruit each day. it's been going well and i feel a lot healthier. from 1st of jan to today 6 mar ive gone from 13 stone 1 to 10 stone 12 and i am pleased with that. however, the belly and the moobs HAVE shrunk, but they are still there. i just want to know which exercises are appropriate for toning, or if i have to continue losing weight.i'm happy to work with everything and i feel great. thanks.
Whats better for fat loss?
Ive been going to the gym for about 3 weeks now, 4 times a week. Haven't really seen any results yet. I wanted to know what is more effective for weight loss. Steady cardio? Or HIIT?Im looking to lose a little bit on my belly that makes me self conscious but it doesn't want to budge, so what form of exercise would be better to see results?Thanks p.s. 18 female, 5ft4, about 123 pounds.
Carbs and fat loss help?
I am 5ft 7 154 lbs with 30 % bfI want to lose fat...not muscle mass though I understand some may go but mainly fatFrom what I calculated is eating 150g of carbs mostly complex and from healthy food ok for fat loss. Coz I been reading that people go as low as 50g of carbs for fat loss, but I do not get how? I exercise right in the morning as soon as I wake up doing 20 40 mins depending on the intensity Cardio and later on in the day 3x week I strength train coz I do not mind gaining lbs if it is muscle but really want to get the bf % down in the teens
Running or Jump Rope for fat loss?
What is more effective to burn fat quickly? Anyone have experience doing both, what works better? I'm probably at about 15 18 % bf and looking to get to 10 %. My diet is decent and can't decide, which works better. I can jump rope for 40 mins, but even then, it doesn't seem to be as good as running. thoughts?

Body fat loss with swimming?
This is a simple question. I am 5 6 and come in at about 205. About 40 55 % body fat. I figured I would try swimming on top of running, weight training, zumba, biking and hiking. But the question remains is swimming a good way to lose body fat. I type that and I get everything in between It is the greatest thing ever, to no it is not.
