something that doesnt cost any money...running, interval cardio, jumping jacks, burpees, shuffles, etc. also please say how long far or how many reps i should do and how many calories r burned. im not fat im actually thin, 8 % bodyfat. but i wanna lower it to 7 % to get a 6 pack. i have a great diet so no worries on that.

Also I believe my body went into lipolysis, I was doing cardio first and then strength training afterwards and later I was lying down I felt a burning sensation all in my stomach muscle area. NOTE I wasn't doing any stomach exercises neither. It felt like a hot iron settling on my stomach. It was a great feeling burn though. The hard belly fat later turned to soft belly fat. So I think I'm finally on the right track. I'm wondering now that I broke up some of the hard belly fat and it's gone soft should I do low intensity now to get the NOW turned soft belly fat from the body or keep doing the high intensity cardio and follow up with strength training.

I'm getting a bit irritated now because I keep on reading different stories about the effects running has on thighs.I've been running for a total of about a week now and I would like to burn fat in my thighs before school starts 3 weeks time . I woke up this morning and looked at my thighs and they have ballooned up I know it may be water rentention because I'm on, but I'm so worried and I've been crying about it.Quetions 1.I read that when you start running, your thighs appear bigger, but then after a while when the fat burns off you are left with toned legs. Is this true, and if so, how long will I have to carry on running before the fat melts and my legs look slender and toned? I don't like the idea of running knowing that my thighs are getting bigger. Would 3 weeks be enough? or more...?2. Can water retention really increase thigh size?3. Will a mix of running and walking which I've been doing make my legs more slender along with pilates . I don't eat unhealthy foods often, maybe a couple of times out of a week I will eat a chocolate bar or something.
