Question for the girls: i know its kind of superficial: abs super toned great body, or normal?
Most guys Im sure are always asking themselves this question. Most probably think its best to get into great shape, but it takes a s h 1 t load of effort and Im trying to get a feel whether its worth it or not, im not in bad shape at all, just not magazine cover material
My abs hurt...what could it be?

What are the absolute best home workouts to get 6 pack abs?
Im 17 5'8 and around 150 155lbs. im an athletic build and a little muscular. i only have a 2 pack and cant seem to get anything more. i just want to know what the absolute best home workouts to get my desired 6 pack. also i have a small gym i can go to in my apt community. the have tredmils, dumbells ranging from 5 50lbs , leg press machine, and lat pull down machine. can any of these help me?
Now my abs are sore alot?
It has been like that since Friday we did this thursday . For p.e. we do this thing called boot camp not like what they do a little different tho . But anyways we had to do this 3 step push ups it's supposed to help our abs it it's all the way, then halfway, then barely off the floor like 1 inch and we hold it like that for a while. Then we had to lay on our backs it's also supposed to help abs get stronger or something and lift our legs up all the way, then halfway, then barely off the floor and again hold it. But since friday they have been sore, i know it means that i did a good work out and blah blah blah, but it hurts like a bitch to me. I put TONS of icy hot last night before i went to bed but it doesn't help, what can i do i don't want the pain anymore it's bothering me, what can help me get rid of the pain.Your stupid all home remedies site doesn't work so don't even put the link on here if you do watch what happens.

Hey guys, recently lost about 55 pounds. I am 6'1" and I am about 165 pounds, So my question is my stomach still has some fat on it and i want to tone it down to the point where there's really not that much fat. I basically want an outline of my core, I am not looking into get rock solid in your face 6 pack abs i just want my core have a nice outline to it. So.. What weight do you think i would have to be to have my core show or to start working on some core exercises? How long do you think it would take? What exercises can i do around the house to tone it up. Cardio Core suggestions as wellI really don't think i am fat but i just want to make sure I get a decent stomach look before i start eating a good amount again.

I would like to do Yoga maybe twenty thirty minutes per day? But I would really like to focus on my abs. It's got a muffin top appearance to it and i would love to improve my flexibility as i don't have much at the moment. How can i get rid of my muffin top and gain strength in my core by doing yoga. What are the best poses for that? Could you also recommend a great cardio workout that also focuses on the abs?
