How to lose weight simply?
mkayy. i cant seem to lose weightt. sooo... i need a plan heres what i am doing nowww exercising like 5 days a week jogging walking a mile, sit ups i eat sortaaaa ritee, maybe thats my problem??? well i eat well, no mcdonalds or anything like that, i have subway, and some days i have like some chocolate n chips. sooo.. i need a daily eating and work out plan, i hate having to obsess over it, so just something simple that will help me lose weight, i dont wanna go over board at allllll i did that before, and then i got tired and just quit. so something simple and easy and not obsessive would be nice thanks

to be honest , i hate the way my body looks. i have stretch marks and i'm over weight, and i'd like nothing more than to lose weight. but i have a lot of leg bone muscle issues and i can't run and sometimes i wake up and it hurts to walk, is there anyway i can lose weight without having to do a lot of working out? someone please help me out?

cant find the answer anywhere. i have just been perscribed percocet as i was in a recent car wreck and have severe back pain. i was wondering if anyone knows if any weight fluxuation is involved in taking percocet? i am under the impression that xanex makes people gain weight because it messes with your metabolism. i am unaware about the side effects of this particular drug. either way, i have to take it. but if it just so happens that i lose weight i'll be pleasently surprised

My boyfriend told me I need to lose weight?
Hi all I need your opinion,I'm 21 years old, 5'4 and weigh about 53 54 kilos which is around 8 and a half stone. I said to my boyfriend that I was thinking of losing weight in which he replied 'how much about 5 kilos'? He's from France and so they use metric and I now realise 5 kilos is around 11lbs. I was shocked that he would say so much and it made me really upset, but he just said 'I love you but 5 kilos less you would be perfect' Do you think im overreacting at being so angry or do you think its just a culture thing? As i know alot of french women are very skinny. Thoughts please

I am currently 120 pounds and I should be 100 pounds. I am almost seventeen. In October I will be. Anyway, I'm a short girl. I'm only four foot ten and not getting any taller. I haven't been able to lose weight lately and this morning my sister commented about how I stuffed food in my mouth. Should I stop eating so much? I usually eat all three meals. I exercise whenever it's possible now with the Wii, I can do my running inside which is AWESOME during the winter and cold I just want to stop feeling fat. My mom won't get any diet foods either, so I would like some help.

To maintain lost weight do you have to stay on a reduced calorie diet?
I am 5ft 10" and currently weigh 160 lbs BMI 23 . I prefer being at a BMI of around 21 which is 147 lbs. I find reducing my calorie intake to around 1500 per day with an active lifestyle I can easily get to this weight, however as soon as my diet works its way back to 2000ish I go back to 160lbs.It's odd as my weight then doesn't go higher. I understand weighing more increases your metabolism but by my calculations I should be able to maintain my weight with my current exercise levels and 2000 calories, but it always goes up again.If I stay low calorie then I continue losing weight but I really would like to stay at 21, no higher or lower.I think I was unclear, I exercise regularly > 90mins brisk walking per day minimum , and my diet is controlled.My query is why I always go back to this weight, when according to my calculations energy in energy out 0I can only assume my metabolism is changing as I change my intake to lose weight, and then changes back when i eat normally.How can I control this.
How do I get lean muscle while losing weight?
I'm a 19 year old male and I have been exercising for quite some time to lose weight. When I began 2 years ago I was 210 and I currently weight 158. I still do have some belly fat along with chest and thigh fat. What I want to know is do I start training to build lean muscle or should I try to lose the rest of the fat that I do have? Also, how do I lose the rest of my chest, belly, & thigh fat? What exercises will help me accomplish this? And how do I raise my metabolism? I read that by doing so I also burn more fat....
Lose weight for Health reasons?
I know this is a common question, but I need to some real life advice. I am a woman, 21 years old, 5' 4" , and weigh 180 pounds. Ideally, I'd like to weigh 130 lbs. I put on a lot of weight over the past two years, part of which is because I have hypothyroidism. I need to lose weight, especially as there is a history of type 2 diabetes in my family. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach as wells as my thighs. I go through patterns of eating well and then not eating well at all because I get discouraged. I've never liked exercising even when I was in shape back in high school. I would prefer an exercise routine I can do from home, rather than anything at the gym. Any advice anyone has for exercise and specific foods to eat will be greatly appreciated. I know I need to exercise and eat well and it will take a long time, but I could use advice with specifics that have actually worked for people. And I don't want anything about diet dills, etc, please. Thank you in advance for your help
